Newbies means that you are new to the community and can also mean that you are new to the business. Newbies new to the forum will be reviewed and placed (by admin) as a Pro, if experience and credibility warrants. Newbies new to business will have the benefit of being mentored by the Pros. Once a Newbie has shown sufficient professionalism and growth, a Pro will refer the Newbie to become a Pro. Pros will have access to both forums and Newbies will have access only to the Newbies forum.
